The price is per seat, not per login: it counts every person whose hours exist in Nimbos, including those who never sign in. If someone imports the hours of ten others, that is eleven seats — the importer's and the ten imported.

No minimum and no lock-in — cancel anytime. It's the entry door: start monthly and move to annual when it makes sense.
Someone joined mid-term on the annual plan? The new license is pro-rated at $2.19 per month, from the month they join until renewal — and at renewal everything renews together, on a single anniversary. If you would rather not touch the anniversary, they come in on the monthly plan, at $4.79, with no commitment.
Every module is included in the price — time clock, overtime, hour bank, invoicing, remittance file, billing review, reports, approval, weather and assets. Your company switches on only the ones it will use. And a new module comes with it, at no extra charge.
