Timer, weekly grid, app in your pocket and hours-by-project reporting: your team already knows how to use it, and replacing that is not the reason to switch tools. Its free plan was for years the most generous on the market — until April 2026, when it dropped to 5 people. What this page compares is not the logging of hours: it is what happens from the 1st of the following month onwards.

On Clockify, the free plan covers up to 5 people with reports limited to 1 month; paid plans run from US$ 3.99 to US$ 11.99 per person/month billed annually (clockify.me/pricing, September 2026). Nimbos starts at R$9.00 per license/month, with a minimum invoice of R$90.00.
The price is per seat, not per login: it counts every person whose hours exist in Nimbos, including those who never sign in. If someone imports the hours of ten others, that is eleven seats — the importer's and the ten imported.
